All About Tint

How Dark Can I Go?

Tinting material which has a light transmittance factor of not less than 35 per cent (T35) may be used on any non-tinted side or rear window.

Front Windscreens

Window tinting may be fitted to the upper portion of a vehicle's windscreen. The tinting must not extend lower than a horizontal line connecting the top points of the arcs swept by the vehicle's wiper blades or the upper 10 per cent of the windscreen, whichever is the lesser. The tinting may be of any shade but must not have a reflectance of more than 10 per cent.
